Mr Principal,Staff and Students, MESSAGE OF FELICITATIONS AND CONGRATULATION S ON THE INTER SCHOOL'S TRACK AND FIELD MEET
Germaine to the above captioned subject matter and on the instructions of the Chairman of the St Augustine's High School Alumni Association, Mr Ousman Manjang and the entire Executive, I wish to convey to you Mr Principal, your hardworking staff and the dedicated students of our great Alma Mater, by far, the best educational institution of all time; our heartiest congratulations on your great victory in the Inter Secondary Schools Track and Field Meet over the weekend.
Please be informed that all Alumni around the world take great pride in this historic feat which does send a simple but clear signal, THE SAINTS ARE BACK and this time, second best will not be an option again. Dear Students, our victory last weekend was a combination of great Leadership by your able Principal, Mr Martin Gomez, your teachers and your individual and collective commitments and dedication to the program; we could not have been prouder. However, we want to emphasize that the work to return Saints to its glory days is just beginning and YES, they have not seen nothing yet. As you are all aware, together under the Leadership of Father Anthony Sonko and Principal Gomez, we have commenced work in totally refurbishing your Toilet facilities Through the intervention of a very distinguished old boy, and in the near future, other cosmetic work will take place . We are very committed to giving you the educational environment we had and we ask that you all do your part by being committed to your studies, respectful and obedient to the Staff and towards one another; this was always our recipe to WIN OUR WAY, AT BOOKS OR PLAY as so beautifully said in RECTA SAPERE, our school song. Finally, as a reward for this victory, we wish to inform you that ;the Football team will be equipped with brand new football boots for next year. Once again, congratulations.
